Wellness: Live Love Leap

Ryan Howes spent his career professionally guiding people on steep rock and ice formations throughout Maine and New Hampshire. His reverence and passion for these wild places, combined with the desire to share them with and care for others, was his greatest teacher and metaphor for life. One day, that lifestyle all came to a dramatic decline in overall health. Hospital bound, he was unaware of how much stress, fatigue and inflammation his body had endured due to a combination of poor nutrition, too much exercise, poor quality sleep, and poor relationships. After a yearlong transformation, Ryan, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, developed an effective and sustainable approach to healthy living called LIVE LOVE LEAP. Ryan models and guides his clients on the path to intuitive health.
