Re/Max Jaret & Cohn is excited to announce new changes in this new year, that will allow us to serve our clients at the highest level!

In 1981, Ellis Cohn and Joe Jaret built their Maine real estate company on the foundation of hard work, integrity and excellence. Their original goal was to provide the best real estate experience possible by making each client feel like a part of the family. And now part of that family has returned, as we welcome Zac and Marlene Cohn, back into the family business.

Zachary Cohn is thrilled to be reemerging into the real estate world after 10 years of experience opening and managing other businesses. He had previously represented clients all over the Midcoast in various types of real estate transactions from 2000-2010.

On February 1st, he and his wife, local business owner Marlene Cohn (Green with Envy Salon), will be managing the Rockland office together. Carleton Johnson will continue to be one of our outstanding agents at the Rockland location and is thrilled to be part of the new transition.

We at Re/Max Jaret & Cohn want our clients to know that we are dedicated to tending to each individual client's needs. With more than 40 agents in five offices, we are focused on serving our clients at the highest level possible. With decades of experience and knowledge as to the ever changing real estate market, we look forward to many more decades of assisting families who also want to grow their lives here in the Midcoast of Maine. If you think that this firm or any other will stick their necks out and disclose to potential buyers that there might be a cell phone tower in their back yard soon, or inform them that there is already one close by and possibly lose a sale,  Your Dreaming.  Profit First.

Question for you: with cell towers come on fast will you be required or choose to inform (disclosure) your clients who are looking for their ideal home... that certain properties are close to a cell tower? Thank you, I await your response.
