Donations Needed!

Appliances (must be clean and in working condition) Stoves & Ovens, Washing Machines, Dryers, Refrigerators.

Bath Towel bars, soap dishes, TP holders, toothbrush holders, complete with brackets and hardware

Furniture Sofas, Chairs (living room, recliner, etc.), Tables (dining room, side), Dressers, Bedframes, Coffee/End Tables,  Bookshelves. *Upholstered furniture cannot have any stains, tears, or pet damage.

Doors Interior or exterior, no rotting wood, cracks, lead paint, deep scratches: all panes must be intact.  Prehung or door slabs.  Sliding glass – must have all tracking and glass intact with not damages or fogging. Thermal only.

Hardware Complete sets of door hinges, cabinet hardware, etc. – free of rust, nail screws, hangers, in original packages, lock sets please include keys.

Home Décor Framed prints and Artwork

Cabinets Kitchen Cabinets, Bathroom Cabinets, Countertops – only with cabinets, unless they are 6 ft long without cutouts. No chips, cracks or other damage

Insulation (new only) Fiber glass batts: new. Please bring in original packaging, blown insulation (new bags only), Sheet – rigid foam 1/2 sheet minimum

Lighting (must work!) Hanging Chandeliers, Floor/Table Lamps, Lamp Shades in good condition. No fluorescents or CFLs (considered hazardous waste and we must pay to remove)

Lumber (Must be free of rot and insects) Plywood – full and 1/2 sheets only, Milled lumber – 8′ lengths or greater, trim/molding- 6’lengths or greater (free of nails, splits, etc)

Hardware Hinges, Cabinet knobs, Door knobs/deadbolts, Electrical Hardware, Plumbing Hardware

HVAC Furnaces – gas or electric, perfect working order needing no repair or parts, inner workings not rusty well-maintained. 80% or above efficiency (Operators Manuals included). Air conditioners (central outdoor unit) 3 years old or less, perfect working order needing no repair or parts, well-maintained, with matching evaporator (a-coil)if separate unit. Air conditioners (window) – 5 years old or less, perfect working order needing no repairs or parts.

Plumbing Supplies Toilets – 1.6 gallon flush, Sinks/Faucets, bath tubs (in good condition)

Flooring (30 sq. ft. or more) Ceramic tile, Linoleum (new only) Hardwood or parquet flooring (new only)

Tools Hand or electric power tools in good working condition, will sell “as is” no lawn mowers, garden and lawn tools.

Window We take double hung, Picture, Bay with some size limitations (complete with all sashes) in good condition, free of nails, glass intact not rot, complete units only.

Items we cannot accept Aluminum or single-pane windows• Fluorescent T12 Light Fixtures • Any large stock of miscellaneous electrical or plumbing parts • Food • Anything with broken or rough edges • Garage doors • Appliances not in working order • Gas Powered Tools • Asphalt Shingles (loose, not in bundles) •  Baby Items (Cribs, toys, etc.) • Blinds • Household goods • Broken glass or mirrors • Mattresses • Ceiling Fans (used) • Office equipment (metal desks, file cabinets) • Clothing • Open or partial cans of paint, stain, caulk or similar substances • Paint thinner or other hazardous chemicals or materials • Computer Desks (pressed board) • Pesticides of any kind • Drapes • Sheetrock • Dishwashers • Sheetrock Gypsum Compound • Electronic equipment (computers, tv’s) • Entertainment Centers  • Track Lighting (Unless new and in packaging) • Unframed glass or mirrors • Water heaters
